THE COMPANY

Meadow Ridge Plumbing and Gas is a family-owned plumbing and gas company built on a straightforward promise: show up, do the job right, and leave every client better than they found them.

Serving Maple Ridge and the broader Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland, Meadow Ridge specializes in residential and commercial plumbing repairs, hot water tank and furnace servicing, HVAC, gas service, and remodelling. From clogged drains and dripping faucets to full-scale plumbing emergencies, they handle it all with the professionalism and care that comes from a team that genuinely loves its community. Operating in full compliance with plumbing and building codes, and regulated to the highest government and industry standards, Meadow Ridge Plumbing and Gas is the kind of company neighbours recommend to neighbours.

THE CHALLENGE

Plumbing is one of the most competitive local service industries in the Lower Mainland, and standing out in it requires more than just being good at the job.

Meadow Ridge Plumbing and Gas was already operating and had begun building a social media presence, but in a market saturated with established competitors all offering the same services and making the same claims, they were largely invisible online. Every plumbing company in the area was promising fast service, fair prices, and professional work. There was nothing in the digital landscape to separate Meadow Ridge from the rest.

The real opportunity lay in what Meadow Ridge actually offered that others did not. Advanced quoting, certified professional plumbers, gas checking services bundled within a plumbing business, and a family-owned approach that larger competitors simply could not replicate. None of this was being communicated online. The challenge was to take these genuine differentiators and build a social media presence around them that cut through the noise, earned trust in the community, and positioned Meadow Ridge as the obvious choice in a market where most businesses looked and sounded identical.

THE SOLUTION

I built a content strategy designed to make Meadow Ridge impossible to overlook in a market full of look-alike competitors.

The foundation was a structured content pillar system that kept every post purposeful. Rather than posting for the sake of posting, each piece of content was tied to a clear objective, whether that was showcasing a unique service, building trust, or driving a direct action. The strategy was built around Meadow Ridge’s real differentiators, their certified professional plumbers, advanced quoting process, and the rare offering of gas checking services within a plumbing business. These were not just features, they were reasons to choose Meadow Ridge over everyone else, and I made sure the content reflected that consistently.

To build credibility and social proof, I incorporated Google reviews into the content plan, actively showcasing their 4.8 star rating alongside real customer testimonials. In a service industry where trust is everything, letting happy clients speak for the brand proved far more persuasive than any promotional post could on its own.

To keep the feed engaging and the brand relatable, I introduced TV show themed memes into the content mix. Plumbing is not a naturally exciting category on social media, and injecting humour and pop culture references gave the audience a reason to stop scrolling, engage, and remember the brand.

On the paid side, I ran Meta ad campaigns optimized for call conversions and free quote sign-ups, targeting homeowners in Maple Ridge and the surrounding communities. Rather than running generic awareness ads, the campaigns were designed to drive direct action, getting potential customers to pick up the phone or request a quote in the moment they needed a plumber most.

Good strategy leaves a mark.

Social media is not one size fits all, and every case study here proves it. Different industries, different challenges, different audiences, and every single one approached with the same level of strategic intention and creative precision. I don’t recycle strategies or apply templates. I build from scratch, measure what matters, and make every post earn its place.
